Investment Risks
Investments in real estate crowdlending carry inherent risks. Invested capital is not guaranteed and may experience losses. We recommend diversifying your investments and not investing more than you can afford to lose.
Limitation of Liability
Fixturecv acts as an intermediary between investors and projects. We do not guarantee the success of any project or return on investment. Our liability is limited to the value of fees paid by the user.
Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including texts, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Fixturecv or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In case of termination, your active investments will continue according to the agreed terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Panama City.
